What are Cookies? The term "Cookies" refers to text files that websites store on the user's computer during navigation to be then transmitted back to the same sites on the user's subsequent visits. To identify the scope of the Provision, it is necessary to distinguish between technical Cookies and non-technical Cookies.
Technical Cookies, exempt from the requirement of prior consent, refer to all Cookies used solely for "the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide that service." These include: navigation or session Cookies, analytics Cookies used directly by the website manager or third parties, for the collection of aggregated information on the number of users and their use of the site, and functionality Cookies. For these Cookies to be considered technical, it is necessary for the detection systems used by the website manager to provide appropriate anonymization methods and, above all, data storage in aggregate form only.
Among non-technical Cookies, for which the user's prior consent is required, are profiling Cookies, aimed at creating profiles relating to individual users in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user during navigation.
It is specified that the Cookies used for the operation on WWW.MOOD03.COM are exclusively of a technical nature; furthermore, the technology used includes anonymization, aggregation, and data storage systems that already comply with regulations.
Additionally, it is specified that visitors can deny their consent to the installation of cookies by appropriately modifying their browser settings. Most browsers, through settings or simply through the help function, allow users to be informed upon receiving a new cookie and provide instructions on how to control or disable cookies altogether.
