The data controller is Ro. Sa. Srl, located at via Pietro Nenni n° 2, 95036 Randazzo (CT), represented by its legal representative, unless a data processor is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Pixel S.r.l., represented by the temporary legal representative, is appointed as the data processor for the User's data (email address) for the management of comment requests within the Trusted Program of the website https://www.trovaprezzi.it. Zoorate S.r.l., represented by the temporary legal representative, is appointed as the data processor for the User's data (email address) for the management of comment requests within the review service of the website https://www.feedaty.com.

The Customer has the right at any time to revoke consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written communication to the legal headquarters of Ro. Sa. Srl. The Customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and about the rights thereof, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data according to the procedures provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only upon explicit consent of the Customer given together with authorization for processing and sending in the online registration form.
